Domestic Return

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us within 5 days after the delivery of your order.

In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us within 5 days of order receipt with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents). Shoes must be in brand-new condition and without any damage.
  • Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.

Return Process:

1. Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address in the UAE. Contact our team to schedule a pick up. Or you can drop the items at our specified location where our team can accept it on the spot. Make sure you have all the original packaging in place.

2. Refunds to your original payment method will be done within 10 days from purchase date, following the approval of the return item condition.

3. To exchange an item, please contact our team to get assistance on the items needs to be exchanged. Exchange is permitted within 5 days from other receipt and under the condition the original item has met the conditions set above.

 

International Return

For our international customers, we offer return policy set below.

  • Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
  • Customer pays return shipping fees by courier to our warehouse address.

Refunds will be processed after completing the Return Process and the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the value of items duly returned. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund timing can be between 10-15 days based on the bank policy.
