For customers who prefer paying by cash, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method for United Arab Emirates orders only. Please select appropriate payment method during the checkout process.

You should receive an email to inform you that your order has been received and confirmed upon receiving the payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order delivery details along with the tracking number where applicable. In the event of a problem however, you will be informed immediately. 

Payment refunds will done to your original payment method. Please refer to Exchange & Refunds page for more information.
